If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day exchange policy for purchases in our north London store and refunds for online customers only.
Except for faulty goods, all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Sale items must be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
We regret that items such as earrings and certain bath and body products may not be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
If you’ve changed you mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition, within 14 days of receiving the item
For postal returns we strongly recommend that you use a tracked service from Royal Mail as we will not be able to process a refund for goods lost in transit.
When will I receive my refund?
If you return your order to our London store we’ll process your refund immediately. It can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds back to you.
For all other routes, it can take up to 14 days from receipt of your order to receive a refund.
