Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, ​we offer a 28 day exchange or refund policy.

Except for faulty goods, all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. ​

We regret that items such as earrings and certain cosmetics/ bath and body products may not be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

If you’ve changed you mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition, within 28 days of purchase.

For postal returns we strongly recommend that you use a tracked service such as Royal Mail as we will not be able to process a refund for goods lost in transit.

When will I receive my refund?
We will process your refund as soon as we receive your parcel. It can take up 5-10 working days for the bank process the transaction.

For returns on items purchased in store please check T&Cs at the till point.
