What are your P&P charges?
Usually, parcels are sent using a standard 2nd class Tracked & Signed service with Royal Mail or an alternative courier service priced at £4.00
Heavy or extra large parcels may incur a higher shipping fee. We do not make money on shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Parcels usually take 2-4 working days to arrive from the moment they are shipped by us. Please bear in mind that we are a small independent business and orders are not shipped at the weekend or on Bank Holidays.
Delays out of our control happen from time to time and whilst we will always do our best to locate your parcel there is often little we can do once it is with Royal Mail or a courier. We ask for your patience when delays occur, especially during busy periods.
A word about packaging
Every order is lovingly handpicked and packed by a member of staff at Tailor Made Living. As you can imagine we collect a huge amount of boxes and packaging in our shop form all the gorgeous stock that comes through our door.
We hate throwing it away when those boxes can be used again. So yes, sometimes your order will arrive in an ugly box but once you look inside you'll see that everything is as beautiful as you expected. It's a practical way for us to reuse packaging and save valuable resources.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping outside of the UK is not available at this time.
Can I return my order?
Customers can return orders to Tailor Made Living within 14 days. Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. Tailor Made Living reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected. For more information head over to our returns page
Sale items are non-refundable and must be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
We regret that jewellery and certain bath and body products may not be exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will refund the delivery cost of returning it once it has arrived back with us.
How do I return my order?
You need to fill in the returns form enclosed with your order. The form must include your order number, contact telephone number, the reason for return and whether you would like a refund, exchange or a replacement.
Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging.
Are returns free?
Returns are not free unless otherwise stated.
For postal returns we strongly recommend that you use a tracked service from Royal Mail as we will not be able to process a refund for goods lost in transit.
What if I paid using an E-voucher/Gift Card?
If you should for any reason wish to return your item(s) to the website, the balance will go back on your e-voucher or Gift Card. If you paid partly by debit/credit card or PayPal, any remaining balance will be applied as a refund as for this method.
If you should for any reason wish to return your item(s) to our store, the balance will go back on to a store credit note/ voucher. If you paid partly by debit/credit, any remaining balance will be applied as a refund as for this method.
