A place for everything

A place for everything

I don't know about you but I love a good decluttering session and few are more satisfying than a spring clean. Knowing that there is a place for everything in the home helps to keep me sane.

Spring is firmly on the horizon now as brighter days become more commonplace and many of us feel energised to tackle chores we’ve been putting off for months.

Around this time I also like to shake things up and update my interior decor. It need not be an expensive pursuit - a new cushion cover or simply popping seasonal bulbs such as hyacinths in a new planter can be very effective. I find that rehoming prints and other decorative accessories can give rooms a new lease of life.

Seagrass baskets are a perennial favourite of mine as they are so useful. In my own home, I use them as storage for shoes and blankets. I also have a pompom basket that I use as a planter (remember to line the inside first) and when my daughters were little I used them to store their toys.

Back at the shop, I have introduced a small range of homeware products to help you to get organised including the aforementioned multi-use storage baskets and a utilitarian range of bamboo cleaning brushes to help with messier jobs. We also have new stock of the much loved multi-surface cleaner from Join and this time refill bottles are available too!
