Gentle New Year Intentions

If the last two years have taught us anything it’s to expect the unexpected and to move fast! I am proud that as a small business we have been able to adapt successfully to a changing world but it has left me, as its CEO feeling a little worse for wear. 

This January we're starting the year with gentle intentions. We're all about feeling good and looking after yourself. There are no hard and fast resolutions and no pressure to achieve any goals beyond nurturing ourselves through the remainder of winter, we're preserving all our energy for spring!

I’ve set some very basic personal health and well-being intentions. I hope you won't mind me sharing them with you.

  • Eat a rainbow! - Fruit and veg, not Skittles! I’ve also invested in Equi London vitamin supplements. I’ll let you know how I get on. 
  • Join an exercise class - I’m fairly active thanks to daily dog walks but I want build up muscle strength so I've booked myself a couple of pilates classes to try this month 
  • Cutting out alcohol - I’m sure I’m not the only one who overindulged at Christmas... it’s time for that guy to take a back seat.
  • Make time for me - an indulgent bath, early bedtime time, read before bed. You know the score.
